To organize meetings and congresses means to rely on a very expert and efficient organisation. The guests that are in the Hotel for business reasons have the possibility to use the comfortable rooms placed in the Villa and provided with all the modern communication systems and with technical equipment suitable for any kind of meeting. The rooms are available by reservation also for non resident guests.
Alongside the meetings we also provide all the other servicies of a four star hotel and it is possible to link the overnight stay to business lunch and to enjoy the harmony of the environment in an atmosphere of special relax.
The hotel has six meeting rooms that can hold from six to ninety people all provided with air conditioning, direct phone line that can be connected to a modem, direct sun light that can be easily darkened. Our reception is always at your disposal for services as faxes and copies. On request it is possible to rent a computer projector, trasparency projector to connect to a computer, a video beamer…
It is available, other than an Internet corner in the lobby, a “wi-fi” system in the public and meeting lounges, wich allowes high speed and wireless connection at internet!
GIGLI HALL
This hall is prepared with a rectangular table and it’s advisable for a maximum of 6 people. It is equipped with a paper blackboard and an overhead projector with its screen. Lilies Hall is the smallest of our halls and it is characterized by hand-made Reinassance decorum representing the Florence Lily.
REALE HALL
This hall is prepared with an oval table for a maximum of 15 people and it’s equipped with a paper blackboard, an overhead projector and its screen.
Refined hall of average size, it has hand-made decorations and it’s embellished with a particular “trompe l’oeil” effect that recalls the surrounding Ticino Valley.
PARCO HALL
The hall is prepared with a horseshoe table for a maximum of 25 people and equipped with a paper blackboard and an overhead projector and its screen. This hall is the only one of the horseshoe halls adjacent the park.
CONTE CAPRONI HALL
The hall is theatre-like, with a table for the speaker and it’s advisable for a maximum of 60 people. The hall is equipped with an overhead projector, a paper blackboard and an amplification system
Count Caproni Hall is a beautiful hall with ornate decorations with a “trompe l’oeil” effect and embellished with particular draperies.
AFFRESCHI LOUNGE
Beautiful lounge decorated in Liberty style with restored frescoes. In the past it was the Royal Lounge of the old Central Train Station of Milan. Here you will be plunges in an ancient atmosphere where everything’s been preserved to maintain the originality and the charm. The lounge is theatre-like with a table for the speaker and it’s advisable for a maximum of 90 people, equipped with a paper blackboard, an overhead projector and its screen and an amplification system.
